CSR Operation Staff

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Support CSR program and ensure the alignment with CSR strategy and operation objectives, especially in Afforestation, Reforestation and Biodiversity.
• Develop good relationship with both internal and external parties.
• Continuously update CSR procedure and work instruction in QSHE and Operation Excellence system
• Continuously update both domestic and international relevant laws, rules and regulations in Afforestation, Reforestation, Biodiversity such as COP, DJSI, etc.
• Manage community’s needs and requirement
• Gather relevant data (CSR trends, activities, program) and manage database of such CSR Projects
• Recommend and provide effective information to all related parties both support internal and external.
• Support and update CSR best practice mechanism as well as create knowledge in area of expert to KM system.
• Effectively operate cross functionally with access to different departments within Thaioil Group and stakeholders.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's in Forestry, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, Economics, Environmental Science including Engineering or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Group/Country department heads and leaders.
• Have a good understanding of technical aspects of Afforestation, Reforestation and Biodiversity

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive thinking skills
• Good in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
