Responsible for creators acquisition, creators grooming and creator communications mainly for Wellness and Mentality, followed by Arts category
Develop Quarter Planning in order to achieve business goals; for example, content number, creators number, specific topics acquisition and guidelines etc.
In charge of vertical recap/analysis: able to provide insights, key learnings and strategic planning
Take care of and utilize in-app resources related to focused category; for example, hashtags monitoring and creating H5, newsletters and in-app messages, in order to communicate with target users
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from any major
At least 2-5 years experience in Creators/Influencer Operation, Influencer Marketing or other related fields (Health, Mentality and Art enthusiast or related industry will be specifically considered)
Strong understanding and familiarity in related industries, such as strong connection with Influencers, groups or communities
Excellent communication skills: familiar working with Creators/Influencers and Cross-function team
Good analytic skill, be able to identify highlights, lowlights and provide solutions to business challenges
Logical thinking and data driven
Fluency in English (both verbal & written)
