Collection Management (AMC)

Key Responsibility:

Policy and Strategy

• Determine policy, goals, and annual budget for distressed asset management business.
• Develop, set up strategy and team work plan, and overseeing overall operation and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and goals.
• Closely report and escalate the material issue with senior management.

Asset Acquisition, Performance Monitoring and Partnership

• Work with company’s director and non-executive director on high level decision making and screening new market opportunity.
• Organize and prepare the decision analysis package, including assessment of portfolio pricing and return on investment, for Investment Committee and Board of Director meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate company’s asset performance and determine asset maximization plan, including changes in collection strategy and asset divestment plan.
• Strengthen relationships with partners and build strong network with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of management level experience in Non-Performing Loan Management (preferable), Banking and Financial Service or related roles.
• Bachelor or master degree in relevant field such as finance, accounting, law and economics.
• Own strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex financial model and complicated issues.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity to implement positive change and develop new initiatives; be able to make the tough decision and have strong managerial courage.
• Good command in both English and Thai.
