Process Improvement: Inform MDO (Manufacturing Development Office) about modifications and improvements in the operation process to enhance productivity.
Carpentry Shop Analysis: Analyze parts for cutting steel plates or profiles, including considerations for oxy-cutting, bending, rolling, hole cutting, drilling, and forming.
Machine Shop Analysis: Determine the need for extra material and pre-machining before welding, including considerations for boring and machining, based on STD 2.4.103 and carpentry rules for oxy-lane manuals.
Preparations: Prepare chamfering for welding, cut holes, and perform drilling after oxy-cutting, bending, rolling, and forming.
Welding Features: Create welding features for parts requiring plug welds, fillet welds, and groove welds. Summarize the length and weight of welding in the assembly.
Machining: Complete final machining processes for the assembly, including tapping, drilling, and facing.
Detailing: Perform cutting details and welding sequences in 2D & 3D for application in the carpentry workshop.
