Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance and ensure stability.
Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
Recommend improvements (e.g. monitoring tools, alerts, health checks).
Advise IT Support on system usage and incident resolution.
Investigate escalated technical issues and coordinate fixes with Dev Team.
Develop internal tools for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Compile and escalate reports on recurring issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years’ experience in technical/product support
Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Kotlin, or .Net.
Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL Server
Strong problem-solving and technical investigation skills
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kibana, Grafana
Basic understanding of networking, Unix, and cloud platforms (GCP, Huawei Cloud, AWS)
Software Engineer experience is a plus
