Job Description:

• Review and prepare test cases, test condition, test data and expected results

• Develop performance test scripts and prepare environment for testing

• Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability using LoadRunner performance testing tool

• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for defects fix

• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions

• Analyze scalability, throughput and performance testing metrics against test servers

• Prepare test summary report for project team review

• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures

• Build and maintain performance testing strategy and framework
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field

• 5+ years of performance testing experiences in various development platforms.

• Experience in LoadRunner Performance testing or JMeter is a must

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problems solving ability
