    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities


    • Responsible for all IT Infrastructure and administrative operations duties.
    • Work with 3rd party (Global and Local) on all IT infrastructure services :-
    • Personal Computer/Network and Server (DXC/OBS)
    • Multifunction Printers (Fuji Xerox)
    • Data center environment
    • Local Telecom (Cloud PBX)
    • Mobile devices (AirWatch/Intune)
    • Support operations IT issue by INC management tool (Service Now), to ensure the issue has resolved within reasonable time.
    • Communicate IT global policy & new IT solutions to local users, to ensure they are understanding and following appropriately.
    • Maintaining and monitoring global and local project plans and project schedules.
    • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
    • Providing administrative support as needed.
    • Need to create written documentation required for excellent English written and verbal communication.


    Requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
    • 5 years’ experience in related field.
    • Proactive attitude, customer service orientated approach & willingness to meet or exceed expected service level.
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
