Own cluster’s topline and bottom line targets and KPIs
Drive categories specific strategies and business initiatives
Overall management of the business’ top and bottom line and collaborating strongly with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
Responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and recruiting the merchants in the categories
Map out the key accounts and high-potential accounts in the category through different information channels (competitor data, industry data, events, etc.)
Maintain ongoing relationships with official sellers and large marketplace sellers
Manage a large team of Key Account organizations covering all seller segments within the cluster including pricing promotion, commercial deals, collaboration, and seller operations
Build trust with merchants' key stakeholders and maintain a good relationship with key contact persons
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
More than 8 years of professional experience from E-commerce, Technology companies, Investment banking, and consulting
Good understanding of the consumer demands, payment, logistics, and overall regulatory landscape
Good communication and leadership skills, hard-working and open-minded
Enjoy building things from scratch and getting your hands dirty
English and local Thai language proficiency required
