Manage all post-sales activities with enterprise clients (mostly SET100, MNCs) to maximize client’s experiences and satisfaction such as online learning adoption strategy and execution
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing) to fulfill client’s online learning request.
Build and manage relationship with stakeholders within client’s organization.
Ensure that client’s satisfaction will lead to contract renewal of our online learning solutions.
Requirements:
At least 1 years of experiences in managing accounts of enterprise clients.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong track record in post-sales relationship management with clients.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Can be very hands-on while being strategic.
Direct experiences with System Integration, SaaS solutions is a big plus.
