Position Details
Role & Responsibilities
Analyze and review market analysis in term of using internet- banking , mobile-banking , self-service channels such as; ATM, Cash Deposit Machine, Passbook Update etc. to expand the bank’s service and meet with customer satisfaction
Monitor, evaluate and develop self-service channels to achieve maximum returns, allocate and manage flow of the channel to meet the most efficient and effective.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Computer Science
At least 3 years of working experience in business process or channel development especially in banking products will be advantage
Male must be exempt from military service
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with creative thinking
Good in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC Score 600 or equivalent)
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
