About the job
Seller & Buyer Acquisition: Develop and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels to attract new customers.
Engagement Initiatives: Implement strategic activities to keep existing customers engaged and active, through personalized content, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement rates) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and design to ensure campaign consistency and alignment across various channels.
Customer Insights: Analyze and understand customer behavior, preferences, market trends, using insights to refine campaigns.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of marketing spend.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign management or marketing roles.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign strategies.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
Ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
