Roles & Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand identity to grow our followers and engagement
- Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms
- Community Engagement: Manage and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive brand presence
- Influencer and Creator Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and drive authentic engagement
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and collaborations, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Event Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand presence
- Budget Management: Oversee the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient and impactful use of resources
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role within the e-commerce industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
