Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and content marketing.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and maintain the company's social media presence, engaging with users, responding to inquiries, and creating content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing efforts, and make marketing plans.
- Optimize SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase the visibility of the company's website and content, driving organic and paid traffic.
- Analyze and Report on Performance (Monitoring and Reporting):
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including metrics such as page views, engagement, conversions, etc. Also focus on metrics like conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure marketing efforts are efficient and effective as well as providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on effectiveness, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations for content & strategy adjustments and new initiatives.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers, etc.
- Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns: Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc. to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other teams such as the product development, sales, and customer support to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- User Engagement and Retention
a. Community Building: Foster a sense of community among users through social
media groups, forums, and webinars. Engaging users beyond just selling can help build loyalty and
retention.
b. Feedback Loops: Implement systems to collect and analyze user feedback regularly. Understanding user satisfaction and areas for improvement can help refine marketing strategies and improve the product offering.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing software, and related tools and platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI and ROAS.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative marketing strategies that capture the target audience's attention.
