Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and comply with local regulations across the Asia region.
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and recognition programs.
Manage and continuously improve the benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement, and other employee perks, ensuring they are cost-effective and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with market trends and legal requirements.
Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and benefits enrollment.
Partner with external vendors and consultants to optimize the delivery of compensation and benefits programs and services across the region.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in compensation and benefits to proactively recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar compensation and benefits leadership role within a multinational company, with a focus on the Asia region.
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations across multiple countries in Asia, including but not limited to China, India, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting compensation benchmarking and data analysis to support decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence change.
Demonstrated project management and vendor management experience in the implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
Proficiency in relevant HRIS and data management systems.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective compensation and benefits strategies.
Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
