Business Development & Innovation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns.

• Track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., member acquisition, active rate, redemption rate, ROI).

• Collaborate with MarTech, CRM, and marketing communication teams to design data-driven campaigns and personalized customer journeys.

• Recommend and implement enhancements based on campaign learnings and market insights.

• Ensure campaigns support strategic KPIs such as member growth, lifetime value (CLTV), and engagement frequency.

• Track performance and ROI of each partnership and refine strategies to maximize impact.

• Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking for business development-related initiatives within King Power loyalty program.

• Drive alignment across internal teams (e.g., IT, marketing, finance, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

• Maintain project timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and stakeholder updates.

• Lead the preparation of business reviews, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and key partners.

• Support the coordination of cross-functional working teams and steering committee meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing promotion, business development, strategic partnerships, or PMO roles, preferably in loyalty, retail, digital, or consumer industries.

• Strong project and program management capabilities; experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Analytical mindset with experience in business case development and performance tracking.

• Familiarity with loyalty ecosystems, customer engagement strategies, and partnership models is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
