Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for all facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment that supports business performance and employee satisfaction.

• Oversee day-to-day facility management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while enhancing overall workplace experience for both staff and clients.

• Analyze customer and tenant behaviors to continuously enhance facility design, usability, and satisfaction. Ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.

• Identify and implement operational improvements, set service standards, and lead cross-functional execution to elevate facility excellence.

• Lead annual planning processes related to facility budgets, renovation projects, and infrastructure upgrades to align with business goals.

• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all departments and service providers operating within the premises.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ direct experience in facilities management, preferably within the retail, commercial real estate, or shopping mall sector.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale facility operations, including project planning, vendor management, and process improvement.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with modern facility management systems, building automation, and relevant technology platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
