Head of Facilities Management
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for all facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment that supports business performance and employee satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day facility management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations while enhancing overall workplace experience for both staff and clients.
Analyze customer and tenant behaviors to continuously enhance facility design, usability, and satisfaction. Ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
Identify and implement operational improvements, set service standards, and lead cross-functional execution to elevate facility excellence.
Lead annual planning processes related to facility budgets, renovation projects, and infrastructure upgrades to align with business goals.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all departments and service providers operating within the premises.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ direct experience in facilities management, preferably within the retail, commercial real estate, or shopping mall sector.
Proven track record in leading large-scale facility operations, including project planning, vendor management, and process improvement.
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with modern facility management systems, building automation, and relevant technology platforms.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
