Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, platforms, and G-form for self-sign-up
Data Analysis: Analysis of KOL affiliate marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Also, using statistical methods and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of KOL affiliate marketing campaigns and missions and assess key metrics such as conversation rates, CTR, and ROI
Forecasting: Develop forecasts and predictive models to anticipate future KOL affiliate marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation (SQL & Python)
Experience programming to extract, transform and clean (multi-TB) data sets
Ability to deeply understand business customer needs and abstract them into business partner requirements; has actively participated in the entire process of affiliate commercial development from inception to scaling.
Has a deep understanding of digital advertising industry such as Google Ads, FB Ads and Tiktok, plus affiliate scheme experience would be a plus, possessing foundation methodologies and accumulated experience in understand the industry and deconstructing its business
Strong Structured and logical thinking, sensitivity to data , excellent information integration and analytical capabilities and the ability to form clear business insights and forward-looking judgments.
