Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Identify business opportunities to achieve business growth by developing a grasp of the business priorities, aims of products, and goals of services
Develop brand strategy and analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships to drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Integrated Product and channel strategy plan, and monitoring the execution of the company goals
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Liaise with compliance professionals to ensure new insurance products satisfy existing requirements and to make the necessary changes to existing products in new markets
Team management included actuarial and underwriting experts to work on the development of coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, Insurance, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
At least 5 years’ direct experiences in product development field with various industries
Strong academic, professional in management and/or leadership are highly advantageous
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and taking action
Quick learner, high responsibility, and excellent in communication skill
Good in written and spoken English
