Develop and implement the IA strategies including IA transformation, outcome-based KPI, and talent development.
Assist the Country Head of IA for Audit Strategies (Skill Setting Assessment & Talent Management).
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support IA innovation, decision science development, Data Analytics (DA) implementation and adoption.
Improve and work on the variety of the initiatives and activities that will enhance the internal audit capabilities.
Research, design, develop, analyze and suggest new innovation and decision science concepts/ methods to be applied to enhance IA processes, including automation.
Facilitate the innovation process in order to achieve the greater effectiveness and efficiency in terms improving audit coverage, quality and business impact.
Support the enhancement and regular refresh of audit methodology to align with IA standard and Quality Assurance Review.
Conduct the special assignments where appropriate as assigned by Country Head of IA
Maintain budgets utilization and office supplies.
Prepare IA Managements' audit reports.
Job Requirements
Education background preferably relates to Accounting/ Audit, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Management or Information System
At least 15 years’ experience in internal audit or related fields
Good project management skills and maturity to lead, drive, and manage new initiative as well as audit projects.
Good understanding on new and emerging data analytics technologies and tools experience in auditing and/or quality assurance reviews based on the Institute of Internal Auditing (IIA) standards, and possess strong knowledge in risks and controls.
Excellent analysis, communication skill, and good command of English
