You will support P&L management, optimize the platform, and drive growth for GrabMart and GrabExpress.
You will extract and analyze live data to uncover insights and identify business growth opportunities. You’ll share these findings with peers and leaders.
You will deliver strategic business insights, vision, and actionable recommendations to various teams, including strategies for new services, process improvements, and competitor analysis.
You will develop and execute high-level projects in collaboration with internal and regional teams to elevate our Deliveries services.
You will work closely with internal teams, regional teams, and other business units to achieve shared company goals.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need:
At least 1-3 years experience in related roles. Consulting or E-commerce background are preferred
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and win over merchants
Proficient in both verbal and visual communication, and presentation skills
Ability to throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
Passionate and agile to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being able to carry given task through independently
Ability to invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus
