Associate Director, Corporate Reputation

What you will be doing:

What is required of you:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Communications, preferably at top-tier agencies or client roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• Understanding of global sector trends, with a focus on Thailand and the Southeast Asia region, and the ability to draw insights from this understanding to counsel clients.
• Experience working in an integrated environment, including virtual stakeholder events, content production, and inspiring integrated teams to collaborate effectively to unearth the best ideas and executions as one team.
• Superior writing and verbal communication skills, specifically with the purpose of writing to persuade; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments, and accurately evaluate others’ work.
• Strong communication – active listening and ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage competing interests, and high emotional intelligence.
• Good judgment and willingness to take risks and forward-thinking.
