Main Responsibilities:
Training
- Create and manage a yearly training plan for the management team.
- Organize training sessions according to the plan.
- Conduct general orientation programs for management trainees.
- Assist department managers in developing and organizing their training programs.
- Coordinate the use of external training resources.
- Organize cross-training programs.
Budget and Cost Management
- Control the yearly training budget, ensuring training is cost-effective and within budget.
- Organize training according to plan, preparing classes, keeping trainers and trainees well informed,
- and preparing training certifications
Documentation and Reporting
- Ensure the completion and accuracy of training reports on a timely basis.
- Create documents for the Department of Skill Development.
- Organize uniforms for management trainees (Super-Shift Manager Program).
- Develop new operations manuals and update existing ones.
Digital Learning
- Create skill assessments and knowledge tests on the e-learning system to evaluate learners.
- Develop e-learning course curricula and manage the e-learning platform effectively.
- Conduct training in line with the Training Roadmap.
- Oversee the digital learning platform, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
- Record and track training outcomes and participant progress within the digital platform.
- Improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the e-learning system to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of online training.
- Evaluate and implement feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve the online learning experience.
Logistics and Material Management
- Organize suppliers to produce all training materials to support the stores.
- Prepare and distribute all training materials to new stores.
- Ensure PR & PO are accurate and completed within the timeline.
- Manage and book hotel rooms for the management team and Area coaches, both equity and franchise
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in training with a proven track record of achievements in people development.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
