Talent Acquisition Expert
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that align with the organization’s needs.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network of talent for future hiring needs.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, promoting innovative approaches to recruitment.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Deliver team recruitment data analysis and conduct regular recruitment summaries and reports
Make recruitment budget planning and controlling to reach cost-effective target
Proactively take leading role in the projects to support the effectiveness of recruitment and continuous improvement
Lead employer branding initiatives to promote our company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging content for social media, career pages, and other channels.
Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
About 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of recruiting for a range of positions, including senior roles, preferably with branding expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
Proven experience in employer branding, social media marketing, and candidate engagement.
Good skills in data analysis and presentation
Rich experience projects related to the new sourcing channel
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Thai or Chinese or Chinese English language is a must
