    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that align with the organization’s needs.

    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.

    • Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network of talent for future hiring needs.

    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process.

    • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, promoting innovative approaches to recruitment.

    • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

    • Deliver team recruitment data analysis and conduct regular recruitment summaries and reports

    • Make recruitment budget planning and controlling to reach cost-effective target

    • Proactively take leading role in the projects to support the effectiveness of recruitment and continuous improvement

    • Lead employer branding initiatives to promote our company's culture, values, and career opportunities.

    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging content for social media, career pages, and other channels.

    • Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • About 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of recruiting for a range of positions, including senior roles, preferably with branding expertise.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.

    • Proven experience in employer branding, social media marketing, and candidate engagement.

    • Good skills in data analysis and presentation

    • Rich experience projects related to the new sourcing channel

    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Thai or Chinese or Chinese English language is a must
