Ensure consistency and the consensus on global forecast in volume versus the sales forecast, the controlling trend, and historical sales.
Follow closely the actual supply and issues that could affect the business.
Proactively raise or alert commercial for the potential slow moving and obsolete items including driving commercial on slow moving and obsolete items clearance
Identify and develop new ideas & lead projects that improve demand & inventory processes.
Working collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and trading department to understand and deliver the brand/ customer requirements and to improve and deliver accurate and timely forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years in demand planner, planner with retail, FMCG or Wholesale business.
Demand planning & supply planning - Demand planning experience is critical with sales forecasting process development a major benefit.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with willingness and ability to challenge assumptions drive change and improvement.
Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
