Assistant Accounting Manager - A/R, Tax Operations and Consolidation

Job Description

• Preparation of Consolidated financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual  financial closing process.
• Ensure all intercompany balances are reconciled in time and escalate matter in case of difference.
• Maintain and update intercompany balance on upstream/ downstream transactions effect to consolidation financial statements such as purchase inventory, PPE, Borrowing Cost on monthly basis.
• Maintain and update the Purchase price allocation of all subsidiaries for consolidated purposes.
• Take care and review reporting package of subsidiaries, associates and joint venture both of local and oversea companies.
• Perform the translation difference on reporting package for consolidate purpose. 
• Perform the equity method on share/loss from associated and joint venture both of local and oversea companies.
• Perform and maintain GAAP adjustment for Consolidation financial statements purpose such as TFRS 16, TFRS 9, TFRS 15, TAS 12 and others.
• Prepare/assist disclosure materials related to financial performance e.g MD&A, one report, TRIS report.
• Co-lead with Accounting Policy department in updating and implementing new  accounting standards. 
• Co-lead with MIS department in maintains and update consolidation system (Oracle EPM) including maintain and develop consolidation, FS & NFS templates.
• Coordinate with external auditor.
• Ad hoc report as assigned. 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 4+ years of experience working as a GL Accountant, or a similar role in the accounting department.
• Experience in doing financial consolidation and reporting is a must.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Strong leadership, personality drive and self-motivation.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written with TOEIC score not less than 600
