    Assistant Accounting Manager

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and monitor accounting activities, records, and bookkeeping of the group of companies in Thailand to ensure financial resources are well managed to fully comply with the accounting standards & principles, laws & regulations
    • Ensure the daily bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
    • Prepare and review appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
    • Maintain the general ledger system
    • Manage month-end and year-end closing
    • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
    • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements are completed timely and accurately 
    • Work with Accounting controller to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
    • Provide financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
    • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed 
    • Ensure compliance with the law and taxation
    • Manage and share tax knowledge to help all concerned parties to be complied with rules and regulations of Revenue Department to reduce tax risk exposure of the group of companies
    • Support team and group of companies to continuously improve accounting operation efficiency of the group of companies


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting, Management, or 
    • other related disciplines.
    • Minimum 5 years of work in accounting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, costing, cash management, fixed assets, GL, and taxation on monthly closing. 
    • Well organized and integrity.
    • Positive attitude “CAN DO”, energetic and good team player.
    • Strong skills and knowledge in tax and accounting. 
    • Good problem-solving.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • CPD license is a plus.
    • Good command of English both written and spoken.
    • Good Computer literacy in Excel.
