Perform administrative tasks in access management application such as IdentityIQ, Active Directory, etc.
Develop professionally in order to increase technical, functional, and interpersonal competency.
Continue to refine Customer Satisfaction skills to better service the client.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English and French (both speaking and writing) to be able to work with foreigners.
Experience working in a shared service environment/ customer support service center supporting medium to large applications in a diverse environment globally would be an advantage.
Hands-on skill on MS office suite (e.g. Outlook, exchange, office etc.) is a plus.
Hands on skill on any access management application is a plus.
