Campaign planning: brainstorm with the campaign manager and commercial team to plan category campaigns each month in terms of focused subcategory/assortments and concepts· Campaign execution: manage ends-to-ends operations includingo Coordinate with various cross-functional stakeholders, including the commercial team on assortment and deals hunting, the onsite and marketing teams on customer communication (onsite visibility, social media, affiliates), and the graphics team on artwork briefs.o Develop campaign landing pageo Create campaign voucherso Set up CRM app pushes and inbox messages· Campaign analysis: Develop campaign post-mortem reports to review performance and identify areas for improvement· Other Responsibilities: Support other strategic activities and initiatives requiring onsite traffic and visibility to drive category growth or buyer and seller engagement
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1-2 years of experience preferably in e-commerce, starts-up or merchandising
Good attention to detail, organized and can independently manage own time in a fast-paced environment
Pro-active attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
Good command of English
Excellent team work with strong communication and can build relationships with people from different backgrounds·
Analytical skills to understand performance in order to optimize and improve future campaigns
