Help set up and manage TikTok Shop operations – including and not limited to pricing, voucher set up, manage SIS and check on product listings. Work closely with enabler for livestream and shop videos.
Monitor and work closely with internal team/enabler/marketplace’s key accounts to implement day to day tasks across other E-commerce Marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok shop etc.).
Be able to work with operation and logistic team to make sure that eCommerce orders run through smoothly, and tackle to major customer’s complaints to serve customer satisfactions, plus Co-working with merchandiser and media performance team to keep track all necessaries metrics and be able to point out improvements on next campaigns.
Initiate new ideas to penetrate market share. (e.g. Recruit new user, Retain old User, Grand Opening New Product and etc.)
Work closely with local Commercial teams to ensure proper account management to avoid multi-channel conflicts.
Manage the relationship with client or partner local to develop business opportunities and ensure proper account management and governance.
YOUR TALENT:
Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-com marketplace (e.g.Shopee, Lazada and TikTok shop), Key Account. Management, and Project Management.
Advance in MS Excel, Intermediate in MS PowerPoint, Word, Teams and outlook.
Google Drive, Sheet, Doc, Meetings
Good command of both English & Thai in speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong background selling on TikTok shop and Live stream is a plus.
Solid understanding and track record in eCommerce.
