Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Doing day-to-day accounting activities as issuing invoices, billing, AP/AR and bank reconciliation.
• Reconciliation Premium and Policy reports.
• Update and monitor any changes in journal, voucher, payment, collection, taxation and other Company & Accounting activities
• Prepare report and data for Leaders and other departments
• Liaise with insurance companies in preparing policy premium payment reports.
• Liaise with internal department in preparing reports i.e. Advance Payment report, Production Report
• Filing and archiving relevant documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 year experience in related position
• Have experience in Insurance/ Brokerage or Technology Company will be a plus
• Advanced computer skills on MS Excel and accounting software is a must
• Proven knowledge and experience of handling big data, bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with uncertainty, highly adaptable.
• Native in Thai and proficiency in English
