Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations: This will involve tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and preparing basic financial reports.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices: You'll help ensure that invoices from vendors or other departments are accurate and have the necessary supporting documentation.
- Supporting accounting compliance: You'll assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Learning about withholding tax: You'll gain knowledge of withholding tax processes, including issuing certificates and preparing monthly reports.
- Assisting with VAT reporting: You'll contribute to the preparation of monthly VAT reports.
- Supporting vendor payment processes: You'll help ensure that vendor payments are made accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Learning about account reconciliation and other accounting tasks: You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with various accounting functions.
