Accounting and Finance Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&L, Balance sheet, cash-flow reports, and management reports that are required by management and the board of directors by:
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers and provide input into department’s goal setting process.
• Plan, assign and review staff’s work and support month-end and year-end close process.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
• Monitor the receiving-paying documents and all transaction to align with accounting and taxation principles.
• Supervise and handle for financial accounting, accounting management and accounting of taxation.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, receivable and inventory.
• Coordinate and respond to requests from external auditors, group companies, and Group HQ in Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; Advanced degrees in related fields are highly preferred
• At least 5 years of finance accounting or business analysis-related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Tax rule (PND documents), TFRS, IFRS
