Lead month-end and year-end closing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Conduct comprehensive financial and brand performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide support in business forecast and budget planning processes, offering insights to optimize resource allocation and drive strategic decision-making.
Act as a financial business partner for all stakeholders, providing advisory support on financial matters.
Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes to track the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
Strictly monitor all stakeholders including users and clients regarding work instructions (WI)/work process/finance & accounting compliance.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
5 years of experience in a commercial finance or accounting role, preferably within FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel).
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Understanding of Thai accounting principles and regulations.
Fluency in English and Thai languages.
