Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize tax related documents, including gathering necessary financial data and supporting documentation
• Assist in preparing audit/tax schedules for year-end statutory audit and tax computation
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents, meeting all deadlines
• Reviews and posts all entries to ensure their appropriateness and accuracy.
• Maintains standard chart of accounts and ensures all transactions are to be recorded in the proper manners
• Key person to perform and maintain the accuracy of month-end closing
• Coordinates schedules, activities and reports with other departments
• Closely working and collaborating with regional Finance Team
• Support any ad hoc task as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related disciplines
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A/ business analysis experience, gained in multinational FMCG/ retail companies preferred
• Experience in financial and operational reporting
• Team-player, good communication skills and articulate communicator to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and solid accounting knowledge
• Advanced MS Excel skill, familiarity with Oracle, NetSuite will be an advantage
• Fluent command in English and Thai is a must (both verbal and written)
• Candidate with more experience might be considered as senior position
