Ton Hong Supervisor (Butler)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing the operations of the Ton Hong department
• Provide excellent service to clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Supervise and train junior staff to maintain high service standards
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations and front office hospitality
• Proficient in English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to use computer software for data entry and report generation
• Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to train and mentor others
