Participate along with leadership team in the creation of the function’s strategy and be responsible for its execution globally.
Project Management:
Roll out agreed initiatives globally, engaging with cross functional teams with various seniority level
Come up with new initiatives to improve the function performance, plan milestones and deliverables, allocate tasks, manage stakeholders, measure performance and deliver results impacting business
Analytics
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of current operations
Make data-backed recommendations for improvements on current function operating model, or local initiatives to central stakeholders as department head or product team.
Execution
Ensure the daily operations of the function are running smoothly, being the first point of escalation for local matters
Support local country teams, help to answer their questions, provide them with actionable insights
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with each of the country teams to understand their needs and objectives, serving both the countries interest as well as keeping the central function operating model intact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, support, operations or central teams, to ensure alignment and overall business strategies.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
More than 3+ years of professional experience
Capacity to do project management and project delivery between stakeholders
Understanding of business development functions and sales teams mindsets.
Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience using technical tools eg. SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
