PMO Planning

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project performance reports, including tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of PMO processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities to streamline project planning and execution related to ERP and merchandising support tools.
• Support: Provide support to users, including addressing issues or requests related to merchandising support tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, Operation and merchandising teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or planning, preferably within a PMO environment. Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. JIRA, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret numerical data from large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems and understanding of merchandising processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and numerical aptitude.
