Provide strategic direction and leadership for the digital sales team
Coordinate and lead the digital sales team in executing sales activities through online channels
Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strong customer relationships through various online platforms
Analyze and evaluate the sales performance of the team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making processes and enhance sales strategies
Collaborate with other departments, especially marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business goals
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the digital sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Drive strategies for acquiring new business and expanding the customer base
Oversee customer support activities, ensuring timely and effective assistance to customers
Prepare and present regular reports on digital sales performance to the management team
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or related fields.
5+ years hands on experience in digital marketing, digital media agency or news publishing such as The standard, Longtunman, Today and The MATTER would be an advantage
Good communication skills with ability to tailor information to various audiences
Background from digital media agency is a plus
Strong client and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Good understanding of digital advertising
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
