    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Expand the relationship with existing merchants by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Leverage upsell and renewal opportunities: You'll be advising merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive upsell opportunities into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.
    • Expand and grow payment volumes: You will leverage data to identify opportunities to further grow payment volumes for us and our merchants.
    • Churn management: Understand patterns and data to predict potential churn trends and come up with stop gap measures.
    • Troubleshooting potential issues that may arise on the merchants end. Work closely with the product development team on IT related issues.


    Requirements

    • Able to converse fluently in English
    • Min 2 years of experience in sales or account management/customer success experience.
    • Passionate about technology, fintech, and the F&B and retail space
    • Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants (local languages)
    • Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn
    • Independent and driven
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Analytical thinking/troubleshooting skills
