IT Procurement - Vendor Sourcing and Management

Job description:

• IT Procurement - Job Description Support in procurement process from managing contracts and ensuring vendors deliver products or services in line with quality standards and SLA, conduct satisfaction surveys, identify operational improvement areas, conduct compliance reviews and providing presentations for executives.

Job Qualification

• Vendor Sourcing and Management
• Assist in procurement process for KBTG's Non-IT/IT products and services and KBank's IT projects from vendors selection, negotiate contracts, and evaluate their performance
• Create RFP and RFI, provide vendor selection criteria, negotiate vendor terms, and obtain approval
• Draft and manage vendor contracts, including terms, pricing, and service level agreements
• Monitor and ensure that vendors deliver products or services in line with quality standards and SLA
• Supervise junior staffs in daily operation
• Vendor Governance
• Contribute to the development of performance measurement and productivity indicators including monitor services and support information provided by IT service providers aligned with SLA
• Identification of IT operational improvement areas based upon SLA performance metrics to management
• Perform IT compliance review according to the regulatory requirement
• Ensure the effective compliance with the agreement and responsive to the business operation without risk from IT service providers
• Prepare and participate in the meetings with IT service providers, users, or any related parties to present findings and recommendations
• Conduct satisfaction survey and provide presentation for executive management
