Response to user requests and incident/problems via service desk application/teams/email and log them into service desk application per established procedures.
Provide first and single point of contact (SPOC) for global end-users pertaining to new/previously reported IT issues and resolutions to increase productivity.

Set up, configure and providing support for MAC workstations
Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date and install updates as required.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to avoid system outages and failures.
Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory, Office365.
Support IT infrastructure team to ensure company infrastructure is well maintained and always operational.
Develop professionally to increase technical, functional, and interpersonal competence.
Able to work outside of normal working hours if needed.
Monitor tickets SLA of Helpdesk team.
Support IT on-boarding and off-boarding tasks.
Maintain IT Asset inventory records up-to-date.
Maintain sufficient stock of IT equipment for proper company operation and growth.
Work on IT equipment requirements and purchases with purchasing department.
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Willing to come to the office every day from Monday to Friday.
Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
At least 3-5 years’ experience working in a shared service environment/ customer support service center supporting medium to large applications in a diverse environment globally.
At least 3-5 years’ experience providing user support of client applications, PC/Windows network infrastructure, and customer business applications.
Organizational and communication skills preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Hands on skill on Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 workstations and MS office suite (e.g. Outlook, exchange, office etc).
Hands on skill on Mac OS or willing to learn.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration, LAN networking, VPN and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of Web Application, Database and Internet concepts and techniques.
Hands on skills on Microsoft Office 365 administration.
