Information Technology Business Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather, Understand and Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions.
• Manage and implement the overall project process along with project operations monitoring.
• Cooperate with developer team lead and the project team in prioritizing the development and implementation tasks to assure on-time delivery with qualified products reaching customer satisfaction.
• Liaise between the Business team and the internal team to verify all requirements to identify the scope of work.
• Write clear and well-structured business/functional requirements/documents.
• Report project progress to project owner and person in charge regularly and also organize a meeting for internal team and customers.
• Planning and coordinating all project tasks (requirements gathering, analysis, communications, training, and progress reporting against plan) to ensure successfully completed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in BA/PMO / Project Management for Supply Chain, Store Operation, Inventory, integration POS and related fields.
• Able to perform complex Business Process Design/Optimization, Functional Design and/or Software Selection
• Knowledge in Project Implementation Life Cycle
• Have good communication skills, comfortable to work with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Background in retails business and ERP is preferable.
