Guest Service Agent - Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests upon their arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean is preferred – สื่อสารภาษาเกาหลีได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar guest service role
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays – สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations
• Demonstrated belief in delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
