Corporate Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise the PTG Group business directions
• Provide short and long-term corporate strategic plans which identifies key business priorities
• Set financial and operational targets and translate plans to implementable blueprint for each business unit within PTG Group
• Collaborate effectively with head of business units and stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic plans
• Develop corporate/ business KPI framework, monitor and evaluate business unit strategies and execution to achieve company’s goals
• Research and analyze internal & external information (trends, industry and competitors) for relevant business insights and developing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in MBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or corporate planning in a leading international organization and experience with a leading real estate developer is preferred
• Strong analytical skills & excellent strategic thinking capability.
• Expertise in a variety of Corporate frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
