Assistant Manager - Business Planning, Chemicals Business

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategy Development:

- Assist in formulating strategies to achieve business goals.

- Identify strategic opportunities and support the development of action plans.

2) Performance Measurement and Evaluation:

- Measure performance towards strategic objectives.

- Identify areas of success and improvement for informed decision-making and course corrections.

3) Business & Operation Performance:

- Support the monitoring and analysis of business and operation performance for Industrial Solutions Business and JV Business.

- Assist in evaluating operation performance for Manufacturing of Olefins/Vinyl

4) Utility Planning:

- Centralize utility data and management.

- Identify opportunities for optimization and support the implementation of improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Master in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Science, Technology
• 1-5 years of working experience, preferably in the petrochemical industry or area related to business/financial analysis
• Experience in the development of Mid Term Plan and Annual Plans
• Experience in the study and execution of investment projects, new business development, and M&A. financial validation
• Excellent English proficiency (TOEIC >700 preferably)
