Senior Legal Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts for the EM DISTRICT Group.
• Support the CEO and the leasing team in the negotiation with the tenants
• Identify possible potential risks during negotiations and suggest remedies
• Contact and coordinate with stakeholders both within and outside the company.
• Provide legal opinion, consultancy, and assistance to the business unit.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in the field of law and/or Thai Barrister-at-Law
• Have 3-5 years of experience in legal, specifically in contract drafting and review
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in examining contract drafts (Thai and English)
• Preferably experienced in retail and tenant environment
• Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
