Junior Legal Counsel

Job Descriptions：

- Provide legal advice and handle legal matters relating to sales, marketing, after sales operations, logistic, product compliances, human resources, admin and internal support functions

- Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact on Xiaomi business

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts

- Draft guidelines, policies and templates

- Review marketing material and marketing campaigns

- Assist to liaise and manage government, regulatory and/or local authorities

- Handle potential legal issues and assist to manage disputes and consumer claims

- Support in promoting and implementing the Compliance Program

- Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department

Requirements：

- Bachelor’s Degree in law from an accredited university

- Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE in Thailand. Prior experience within smartphones, consumer electronics and/or FMCG industry is preferred

- Excellent communication in English (written and oral), cross-cultural skills and interpersonal skills. Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of organization

- Strong business acumen and ability to work in an unstructured working environment

- Capable to multi task, prioritize and handle tight deadlines

- Capable to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment
