Drafting, revising and negotiating the commercial agreements, e.g., lease agreement, service agreement, loan agreement, non-disclosure agreement, etc. and other legal documents
Providing legal opinions and advices in relation to Company’s business in order to minimize potential legal risks to the Company and the Company’s operations
Drafting, reviewing and handling the Power of Attorney as requested by other departments;
Conducting research on legal issues pertaining to the Company's business
Monitoring regulatory changes in Thailand that could affect the Company’s business;and 6. Performing other duties as required by Management
Performing other duties as required by Management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher with major in Law, or related field
At least 1 years working experience in the law and having the experience reviewing the lease agreement.
Good communication skills both written and spoken in Thai and English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
