Seller Service

Responsibilities:

• Making sure that sellers and stakeholders are working efficiently and creating a happy result toevery party
• Provide necessary helps to sellers in solving a rising problems related to selling transactions in timely fashion
• Provide consultation and day-to-day issues for selling products through NocNoc
• Provide administrative supports related to sellers such as profile approval, product approval, order status adjustment
• Provide supports to sellers in order fulfillment including claim/cancel/return cases
• Support internal teams for direct seller communication
• Collaborate with other teams (Seller Success, Customer Service, Logistics, Installation,Accounting) to improve selling process for sellers on NocNoc

Qualifications:

• Bachelors (BA or BS) in engineering, business, service design or related field
• Knowledge Microsoft Office, Communication Skills
• 1 year experience in call center team, operations, production, process optimization or related field
• Experience in selling products via online platform
