Assist DOS to maximizes productivity by ensuring that sold business is aligned with the Hotel's yield management strategies and to achieve sales target.
Assist DOSM to develop and implement of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Accor's overall mission, vision values and strategies
Monitor market and competitor activity and carry out going research to establish sales opportunities
Negotiates and closes contracts with key customers.
Designs and proposed programs which meet the client's needs.
Maintain relationship with key partners and develop new accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in MICE & Corporates and DMCs
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluency in English and other languages, written and spoken, is preferred
Knowledge of quality certification processes
Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment
